In just a few days, school will be starting again. I won’t lie, I’ve been waiting for this, but as we’ve gotten closer to the date, rather than excitement and relief, I’ve felt anxiety and worry. I know a lot of you may be feeling this way as well, and that’s why this blog post isn't going to be your typical “Back to School” post on prepping and settling your kids.
When you’re an already busy mum whose life is about to get even busier, you get prepared. And you start using whatever hacks you can think of to make your life easier. Lucky for you, I’m going to share some of my busy mum hacks with you today!
School holidays are here again, so you’re probably looking for ways to keep the kids entertained without losing your mind! One of my suggestions is baking with your kids. Now, I know that baking with kids can sometimes feel daunting, but here’s the secret: it doesn’t have to be stressful! In today’s blog post, I’m going to share some of my tips for stress-free baking with kids.
Today is R U OK Day, and like always every year, there are going to be a lot of posts and focus on checking in with the people around you and asking them, “R U OK?”. And while I think it’s great that we have a day centred on mental health and connection, I just felt that it still needs to be said that R U OK Day is so much more than just asking, “R U OK?”.
